How you opt in

When you scan the QR code at a NaelVisualz Pop-Up event, enter your mobile number, and complete payment for a photo package, you are providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from NaelVisualz Pop-Up related to that order. This is the only way to join our text program — we never add a number to this list without you entering it yourself at checkout and completing a purchase.

What you'll receive

Messages tied to the order you just placed, such as:

• A message letting you know your turn is coming up or it's your turn at the booth
• A private link to download your digital photo, if you purchased the digital add-on
• Occasional customer-service messages about that specific order (e.g. a refund or an issue with your print)

We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program, and we don't share your number with anyone outside of running your order (our payment processor and SMS delivery provider process it only to complete that order).

Message frequency

Typically 1–3 messages per order, sent the same night you place it.

SMS Privacy Policy

When you opt in to receive text messages from us during checkout, we collect your phone number and transaction details (such as your name and order/photo number) to fulfill your request. We use your phone number strictly to send 1:1 transactional notifications — download links for your digital photos and print-ready/turn updates on-site. We do not use your information for marketing campaigns or bulk promotional messaging.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your name, phone number, and (if provided) email are used only to run and deliver your order — printing your photo and, if purchased, hosting a private digital download link that expires automatically after a few days.
